How do I enroll in Crossroads Charter Academy?

There are two steps to the enrollment process.

Step 1: Print and complete the following forms:
Or Pick up and complete an Enrollement Packet from the Crossroads Charter Academy office.

• Enrollment Forms
• FERPA
• Income Survey Form
• Student Information Form

Step 2: Bring completed admission packet to the Hanford Crossroads to schedule an appointment for our next orientation.
