How to enroll...
Step 1:
- Pick-up a copy of the Enrollment Forms/Income Survey at our Hanford Office (415 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230)
- Print & complete the Enrollment Forms/Income Survey
- Complete and print the Enrollment Forms/Income Survey
Step 2:
- Return the Enrollment Forms/Income Survey to our Hanford Office (415 W. Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230), prior to Monday at 12 p.m., in order to be scheduled for a Wednesday afternoon Orientation
- Be sure to bring:
- Completed Enrollment Forms/Income Survey (all boxes completed)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records (Yellow Cards, or School records)
- Report Cards for Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Transcripts for 9th through 12th grade
- Current utility bill, lease agreement, or mortgage statement.
Step 3:
- Attend assigned Orientation
Step 4:
- Following Orientation
- Counselors will review transcripts and grades
- Teachers will be assigned and accounts created
- Teachers will then call and schedule your first parent, student, teacher meeting (it is at this meeting that you are officially enrolled)
